Job Summary:

हम एक compassionate और responsible Patient Care & Home Care Assistant की तलाश में हैं जो हमारे patients को घर पर personal और medical care प्रदान कर सके। यह role बुजुर्गों, रोगियों या physically challenged individuals के लिए supportive और respectful care प्रदान करने पर केंद्रित है।

Key Responsibilities:

• रोगी की daily personal care में सहायता करना (bathing, grooming, dressing)।

• Medication schedule और doctor के निर्देशों के अनुसार medication administration में मदद करना।

• Nutrition और diet plan का पालन कराना, भोजन तैयार करना और feeding support देना।

• Mobility assistance: patients को safely move करने और exercise में guide करना।

• Vital signs monitoring (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.) और basic health reporting।

• Emotional support और companionship प्रदान करना।

• Home safety और cleanliness बनाए रखना।

• Family members और healthcare professionals के साथ communication करना।

• Emergency situations में timely response देना।

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma या equivalent (certificate courses in caregiving preferred)।

• Previous experience in patient care, home care, or nursing assistance preferred।

• Basic knowledge of first aid and healthcare practices।

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude।

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills।

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully।
