**Job Title: Back Office Executive Banking Sector**
**Job Summary**
The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the operational functions of the bank by processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with banking policies, and assisting various departments with administrative and data-related tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Transaction Processing:**
Handle account opening/closing, fund transfers, clearing, reconciliation, and other routine banking transactions.
* **Data Entry & Record Management:**
Enter, verify, and maintain customer and financial records in banking systems with high accuracy.
* **Documentation Management:**
Prepare and maintain required documentation for audits, compliance checks, and internal use.
* **Compliance & Reporting:**
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines (KYC, AML, RBI norms) and assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
* **Reconciliation:**
Perform reconciliation of accounts, transactions, and ledgers to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
* **Customer Support (Non-frontline):**
Coordinate with branch staff or other departments to resolve backend issues related to accounts, loans, payments, or reconciliation.
* **Operational Support:**
Assist in internal audits, system updates, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
**salary - 12+ ( extra incentive )
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Good knowledge of banking processes, compliance norms, and back-office operations.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and banking software.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
* Strong communication and coordination skill
