**Front Desk Receptionist Job Description**
**Position Summary:**
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient front desk operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
* Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
* Check in guests, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the organization
* Maintain visitor logs and security procedures

**Qualifications:**
