Position Summary:
Franchise Coordinator का मुख्य काम AquaOcean का franchise network बढ़ाना है। इस भूमिका में व्यक्ति नए फ्रेंचाइज़ी ढूँढता है, उनसे बात करता है, उन्हें company model समझाता है और पूरा onboarding process पूरा करवाता है।
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Recruitment (Main Work)
नए Franchise Partners खोजने और जोड़ने का कार्य
Interested applicants को call, message और meeting के लिए invite करना
Franchise Model (RO on Rent / New RO Sale / AMC) समझाकर convince करना
फ्रेंचाइज़ी को investment plan, benefits और earning model detail में बताना
Application से लेकर payment तक पूरा franchise onboarding complete करवाना
2. Marketing & Outreach
Local level पर franchise inquiry बढ़ाने के लिए promotions करना
Social media (Facebook, Instagram) और local marketing activity में support देना
Leads को manage, track और convert करना
3. Documentation
Franchise documents, KYC, agreements और forms fill करवाना
New franchise approval के लिए company को details भेजना
4. Reporting
रोजाना franchise inquiries, calls, meetings और conversions की report बनाना
Management को weekly performance update देना
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
Sales / marketing / franchise development का अनुभव हो तो प्राथमिकता
Strong communication & convincing skills
Field visit करने की क्षमता (Bike + License preferred)
Basic computer & smartphone knowledge
