The Back Office Executive supports the organization s day-to-day operations by managing administrative, clerical, and data-related tasks. The role involves maintaining records, processing documentation, assisting the front office or sales team, and ensuring smooth workflow behind the scenes.
Maintain and update databases, records, and reports accurately.
Process invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
Handle documentation related to HR, finance, sales, or operations.
Coordinate with front office, operations, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, transactions, and data analytics.
Perform data entry, verification, and reconciliation tasks.
Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Respond to internal queries and provide administrative support.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data security standards.
Assist in audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews when required.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (0 2 years for entry-level, 2+ years for senior roles) in back office or administrative support.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM software.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills for internal coordination.
