Job Summary:
The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the organization s operations by performing administrative, clerical, and operational tasks. This role ensures smooth workflow, accurate record-keeping, and efficient processing of business activities behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and files accurately.

  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents.

  • Assist in data entry, reporting, and document management.

  • Coordinate with front office and operational teams to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Prepare and submit reports to management as required.

  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements by maintaining proper documentation.

  • Handle internal communications and administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.

  • Respond to queries from other departments and provide administrative support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.

  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Good organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
