Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to collect or verify data.

  • Update and maintain customer information in CRM or database systems.

  • Contact leads provided by the company and record responses accurately.

  • Explain products or services to customers (if required) and generate interest.

  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

  • Identify customer needs and forward qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Maintain call logs, records, and reports of calls and responses.

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all collected data.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.

  • Follow company guidelines and telecalling etiquette.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or bachelor s degree (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or data calling associate.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].
