Job Summary

The Telecaller is responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, answering customer queries, and promoting company products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

  • Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly.

  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.

  • Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Provide accurate information about products or services.

  • Escalate issues or customer complaints to the concerned department.

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly call reports with the team leader.


Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (optional for fresher roles).

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Fluency in English and/or regional languages
