The Telecaller is responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, answering customer queries, and promoting company products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information about products or services.
Escalate issues or customer complaints to the concerned department.
Prepare and share daily/weekly call reports with the team leader.
High school diploma or bachelor s degree preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (optional for fresher roles).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Fluency in English and/or regional languages
