Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers, providing information about products or services, answering queries, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company s products/services.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate information or assistance.

  • Generate leads, follow up on warm leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Record customer details, feedback, and interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences (if required).

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma, graduate preferred.

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service agent (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of [English/Regional Language].

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work toward targets.
