Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the company s revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.

  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.

  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
