Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and developing the market for agricultural trolleys and farm equipment. The role involves working closely with farmers, dealers, and distributors to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and provide product knowledge and after-sales support.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell agricultural trolleys and farm equipment to farmers, dealers, and institutions

  • Identify new customers and develop new market areas

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Customer Interaction

  • Visit farmers, villages, dealers, and agricultural markets regularly

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors

  • Support dealers with promotions, schemes, and sales activities

  • Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences

Order Management & Collection

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on orders

  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely delivery

  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain outstanding control

Marketing & Promotion

  • Participate in exhibitions, fairs, and agricultural events

  • Assist in promotional campaigns and field demonstrations

  • Share regular sales reports and market insights with management


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree (preferred) in Agriculture, Marketing, or Business

  • Experience in sales of agricultural equipment, tractors, trolleys, or machinery

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas

  • Basic knowledge of farming practices and equipment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with tractor dealers or agri-implement companies

  • Knowledge of local farming communities and markets

  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license
