Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting clothing products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting garments

  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

  • Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, and pricing

  • Maintain neat display of clothes and store cleanliness

  • Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions (if assigned)

  • Manage stock display, tagging, and basic inventory support

  • Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges politely

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

  • Coordinate with store manager for promotions and offers

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-friendly and positive attitude

  • Basic knowledge of clothing, fabrics, and fashion trends

  • Ability to work long hours and on weekends

  • Basic math and billing knowledge

  • Honest, punctual, and well-presented


Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
