The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting clothing products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
Greet customers and assist them in selecting garments
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, and pricing
Maintain neat display of clothes and store cleanliness
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions (if assigned)
Manage stock display, tagging, and basic inventory support
Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges politely
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with store manager for promotions and offers
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-friendly and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of clothing, fabrics, and fashion trends
Ability to work long hours and on weekends
Basic math and billing knowledge
Honest, punctual, and well-presented
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
