Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our education books division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling NavBodh s educational books to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual customers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop new sales opportunities in the education sector.

  • Promote and sell NavBodh s educational books to schools, colleges, bookstores, coaching centers, and individual clients.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to prospective customers.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Collect and analyze market feedback to identify trends and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Attend educational fairs, conferences, and events to promote products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in educational products or publishing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Good understanding of the education sector and curriculum trends is a plus.

  • Ability to travel as required.
