Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our education books division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling NavBodh s educational books to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual customers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new sales opportunities in the education sector.
Promote and sell NavBodh s educational books to schools, colleges, bookstores, coaching centers, and individual clients.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collect and analyze market feedback to identify trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Attend educational fairs, conferences, and events to promote products.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in educational products or publishing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good understanding of the education sector and curriculum trends is a plus.
Ability to travel as required.
