Job Title: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company s products or services, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, campaign management, team coordination, and tracking marketing performance.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and website content
Oversee branding, PR activities, and promotional events
Coordinate with sales and business development teams to generate leads
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media, and partners
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Master s degree (MBA Marketing) preferred
5 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 3 years in a managerial role
Experience in the relevant industry (construction, banking, FMCG, or service) preferred
