Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting printing services such as offset printing, digital printing, large-format printing, and customized print solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients for printing services

  • Promote products such as brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, labels, visiting cards, and customized print materials

  • Meet with clients to understand their printing needs and provide suitable solutions

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales

  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate job delivery

  • Follow up on orders, payments, and customer feedback

  • Maintain records of sales activities, client details, and market trends

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the printing industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Basic knowledge of printing processes and materials

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Knowledge of offset, digital, flex, and packaging printing

  • Valid driving license (if field sales is required)

Work Environment:
Field sales and office coordination with production and design teams.
