Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The role involves market research, campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

  • Contribute ideas to support brand growth and product positioning.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Run digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.

3. Content Creation

  • Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and external agencies to produce high-quality content.

4. Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Support in executing branding activities, product launches, and promotional events.

5. Customer Engagement

  • Assist with CRM activities including customer outreach, feedback collection, and lead nurturing.

  • Respond to customer queries on digital platforms.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
