Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company s manufactured products, developing market opportunities, supporting sales activities, and strengthening the brand presence in domestic and/or international markets. The role involves market research, customer coordination, promotional activities, and collaboration with production and sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for manufactured products

  • Promote products to distributors, dealers, and industrial customers

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade fairs

  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and datasheets

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new customers, industries, and regions

  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market trends

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management and production teams

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team with leads, proposals, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, samples, and pricing

  • Assist in preparing quotations and marketing reports

Customer & Channel Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors

  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments for timely responses

  • Support after-sales marketing activities and customer satisfaction initiatives

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to align marketing commitments

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads, and performance

  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM records


Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Technical or engineering background is an advantage (for industrial manufacturing)

Experience

  • 1 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply (if applicable)

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and industrial products

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and technical products

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel for client visits and trade events
