Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, market development, and brand promotion through direct and indirect marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities

  • Promote company products/services to clients through meetings, calls, and visits

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities

  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Confidence in dealing with customers and negotiating sales

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing

  • Knowledge of local market and customer base

  • Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid license (if field sales
