The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, market development, and brand promotion through direct and indirect marketing activities.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Promote company products/services to clients through meetings, calls, and visits
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and update customer records
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
Graduate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence in dealing with customers and negotiating sales
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales or marketing
Knowledge of local market and customer base
Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid license (if field sales
