**Job Title: Field Sales Executive Finance Company**
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, promoting financial products, and driving sales growth through field visits and relationship building. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and local market activities.
* Promote and sell financial products such as loans, credit offerings, insurance, investment plans, or other company services.
* Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable products.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
* Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects.
* Collect and verify required documents for loan/financial product processing.
* Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, collections) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
* Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and provide daily activity/visit reports.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
* 0 3 years of experience in field sales (finance sector preferred).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet goals under pressure.
* Good knowledge of the local market and customer segments.
* Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
**Additional Requirements**
* Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
* Basic smartphone and digital literacy for reporting and customer onboarding.
* CTC 10000 to 20000 +incentive
