**Job Summary**

The Field Executive (Showroom) is responsible for supporting showroom operations through on-site customer interaction, product demonstration, field visits, and coordination with internal teams. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, promoting products, handling basic sales tasks, and performing external field duties such as client follow-ups, delivery coordination, and market research.

**Key Responsibilities**

 **Showroom Responsibilities**

* Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through product selections.

* Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

* Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.

* Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a smooth buying experience.

* Generate daily reports on customer visits, sales status, and stock movement.

 **Field Work Responsibilities**

* Visit clients for product demos, site measurements, or requirement assessments.

* Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure closure of leads.

* Coordinate with delivery teams for installation, delivery, and after-sales service.

* Collect customer documents, feedback, or payments as needed.

* Conduct basic market research to understand competitor products and prices.

* Maintain relationships with dealers, vendors, and service partners.

 **Required Skills**

* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic sales knowledge and negotiation ability.

* Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly.

* Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

* Time management, confidence, and problem-solving ability.

* Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM entry, WhatsApp communication, etc.).

 **Qualifications**

* 12th pass or Graduates preferred.

* Experience in showroom sales or field work is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
