We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products directly to potential clients in the field, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the financial products offered by the company.
Identify and approach potential clients for various loan products, including personal loans, business loans, and other financial services.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Educate clients on the application process, eligibility criteria, repayment plans, and other loan-related information.
Coordinate with internal teams, including credit and documentation, to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to promote loan products and increase brand visibility.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or loan products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of financial products and lending procedures is a plus.
Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Valid driver s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
