Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to clients and customers in the assigned territory. This role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the company s brand in the market. The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Promote and sell the company s products or services through face-to-face meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records of activities.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and events as required.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in field sales or direct selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong goal-oriented drive.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
