**Job Title:** Supervisor Irrigation & WRD Projects
**Qualification:** ITI / Diploma / Civil Supervisor Certificate (preferred)
**Department:** Projects (Irrigation / WRD)
**Reports To:** Site Engineer / Project Manager
**Job Summary**
The Supervisor Irrigation & WRD Projects is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities related to canal lining, stop dams, anicuts, and allied irrigation works. The role ensures work is carried out as per instructions, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise daily site activities and labor deployment
* Execute works such as canal lining, stop dams, anicuts, earthwork, and concrete works
* Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and instructions from engineers
* Monitor workmanship, material usage, and site discipline
* Guide masons, fitters, and labor for proper execution
* Ensure proper shuttering, reinforcement fixing, concreting, and curing
* Maintain daily work progress and manpower records
* Ensure safety practices and use of PPE at site
* Coordinate with Site Engineer for work planning and execution
* Identify site issues and report to the Site Engineer
* Prevent material wastage and ensure proper storage
**Required Qualifications**
* ITI / Diploma / Civil Supervisor Course preferred
* Practical knowledge of irrigation and WRD works
