Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to support the promotion and coordination of the Star India Event. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential attendees, partners, and participants to provide event information, confirm registrations, and ensure smooth communication before and during the event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential attendees, sponsors, and partners to promote the Star India Event

  • Provide accurate information about event details such as date, venue, agenda, and registration process

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally and politely

  • Follow up with registered participants for confirmations and reminders

  • Maintain and update call records, feedback, and participant details

  • Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

  • Coordinate with the event management and marketing team for updates

  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to encourage participation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum [10+2 / Graduate] qualification

  • Previous experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Executive preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)

  • Pleasant personality with strong persuasion skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM systems
