Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement, promoting two-wheeler products, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. The role involves direct customer interaction, showroom sales, field visits, and coordination with the finance and service teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Handling

    • Greet customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.

    • Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales.

    • Explain product features, pricing, and financing options clearly.

    • Prepare quotations and sales documentation.

  • Target Achievement

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new two-wheelers and accessories.

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (corporate, institutional, and retail customers).

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.

    • Ensure timely delivery and follow up on customer satisfaction.

  • Coordination

    • Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan approvals and policy issuance.

    • Liaise with service departments for pre-delivery inspection and vehicle delivery.

  • Market Intelligence

    • Collect and report competitor information, market trends, and customer feedback.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1 3 years of experience in automobile (preferably two-wheeler) sales.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

    • Persuasive selling and negotiation ability.

    • Customer-focused attitude.

    • Two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly sales volume and revenue targets achieved.

  • Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.

  • Conversion rate (walk-ins to sales).
