A Marketing Staff member supports the company’s marketing department in implementing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. The role focuses on brand promotion, lead generation, and market research to help drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, or outdoor).
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for promotional activities.
Support online and offline advertising efforts (social media, flyers, banners, etc.).
Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Post engaging content, respond to comments, and track performance.
Support SEO, email marketing, and online advertising activities.
Collect and analyze market data to understand customer trends and competitors.
Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and market insights.
Help organize product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events.
Ensure proper branding and logistics during promotional events.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate and follow up on leads.
Communicate with clients and assist in promotional offers and campaigns.
Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
Handle documentation, reports, and budget tracking for marketing activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
