 **Job Title: Executive Assistant**

 **Overview**

 

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient management of executive priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

 **Key Responsibilities**

 

 **Administrative & Executive Support**

 

* Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

* Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.

* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

* Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

 

**Meeting & Travel Coordination**

 

* Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.

* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, compile materials, and record meeting minutes.

* Ensure executives are fully briefed for meetings and events.

 

 **Office & Project Management**

 

* Assist in planning and executing special projects and organizational initiatives.

* Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

* Support budget management, expense reports, invoices, and purchasing requests.

 

 **Communication & Relationship Management**

 

* Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, mail).

* Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

* Coordinate cross-departmental communication and support executive decision-making processes.

 

**Qualifications**

 

 **Required**

 

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

* Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

* Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software).

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

 

 **Preferred**

 

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

* Experience supporting C-level executives.

* Project management experience.
