Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient management of schedules, meetings, communication, and office operations. The EA acts as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and official documents.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
Organize meetings — prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Track and manage tasks, projects, and deadlines for the executive.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism.
Handle travel plans, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
Support the executive in daily operational and administrative functions.
