Job Overview

A Digital Marketing professional is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote a company s products or services. The role aims to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales through digital channels.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute online marketing strategies across various platforms.

    • Identify target audiences and plan campaigns to reach them effectively.

  2. Social Media Marketing

    • Manage and grow the company s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

    • Create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.

  3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Optimize website content for better search engine rankings.

    • Perform keyword research, backlink building, and on-page optimization.

  4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC)

    • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

    • Monitor ad performance and optimize ROI.

  5. Email Marketing

    • Create email campaigns for promotions, newsletters, or lead nurturing.

    • Segment audiences and track open/click-through rates.

  6. Content Marketing

    • Develop blog posts, infographics, and other digital content.

    • Collaborate with designers and writers for creative materials.

  7. Analytics & Reporting

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or SEMrush to track campaign performance.

    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements.

  8. Website Management

    • Update website content using CMS (like WordPress).

    • Ensure the site is SEO-friendly and user-optimized.
