Field Marketing & Sales
Visit potential clients, dealers, or distributors to promote products or services.
Conduct field surveys, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or marketing targets.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach new prospects in assigned areas.
Collect market data and customer feedback for analysis.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Market Research & Reporting
Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, and sales performance.
Provide feedback to management for strategy improvement.
Promotional Activities
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, samples, flyers, etc.).
Support digital or on-ground branding efforts.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) for smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or specialized sales training is an advantage (not mandatory).
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
