To promote company products or services, generate new leads, build customer relationships, and conduct on-site marketing and sales activities to achieve business growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Marketing & Sales

    • Visit potential clients, dealers, or distributors to promote products or services.

    • Conduct field surveys, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or marketing targets.

  2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

    • Identify and approach new prospects in assigned areas.

    • Collect market data and customer feedback for analysis.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  3. Market Research & Reporting

    • Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

    • Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, and sales performance.

    • Provide feedback to management for strategy improvement.

  4. Promotional Activities

    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.

    • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, samples, flyers, etc.).

    • Support digital or on-ground branding efforts.

  5. Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) for smooth operations.

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    • MBA or specialized sales training is an advantage (not mandatory).

  • Key Skills:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to persuade and influence customers.

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

    • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

    • Willingness to travel extensively.
