The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling routine office tasks, maintaining files, assisting staff, and coordinating daily administrative activities to help the organization run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

  • Maintain and organize office documents, records, and correspondence.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to appropriate staff.

  • Support the management and other departments in administrative tasks.

  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.

  • Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and deliveries.

  • Schedule and assist in meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Welcome visitors and assist them with inquiries when needed.

  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper functioning of office areas.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 1 2 years of experience in office administration or clerical work preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Attention to detail and professional attitude.
