Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tender Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities through the tendering process. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Tender Identification & Research:

• Actively research and identify potential tender opportunities from various sources (e.g., government websites, industry publications, online portals).

• Analyze tender documents thoroughly, including scope of work, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.

Tender Preparation & Submission:

• Prepare comprehensive and competitive tender proposals, including technical and commercial bids.

Gather necessary information and documentation from various departments within the company.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders within deadlines.

Bid Management & Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, finance) to ensure all aspects of the tender process are addressed effectively.

• Track and manage the progress of all tenders, including submission dates, evaluation schedules, and award notifications.

Client Communication & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry contacts.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary clarifications regarding tenders.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to identify and pursue new business leads.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of all tender activities, including bid submissions, success rates, and key performance indicators.

• Prepare regular reports on tender progress and outcomes for management review.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in tendering regulations.

• Continuously analyze and improve tendering strategies and processes to enhance success rates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minium 2 years of experience in tendering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the tendering process and relevant regulations.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
