Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our coaching center. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students and parents, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to students/parents based on provided leads

  • Receive and respond to incoming inquiries regarding courses, fees, and schedules

  • Explain coaching programs clearly and professionally

  • Follow up with prospective students for admissions

  • Maintain call records and update inquiry details

  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic team

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and enrollment targets

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/[Local Language])

  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude

  • Ability to convince and counsel students and parents

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
