Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

  • Provide information to clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff

  • Maintain records and update contact lists

  • Follow office procedures and security guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills (email, word processing, scheduling software)

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

  • Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, scanners)

Work Environment:
