Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Provide information to clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
Maintain records and update contact lists
Follow office procedures and security guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (email, word processing, scheduling software)
Good organizational and time-management abilities
