Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.

Reservation Management:

Handle room bookings via phone, email, or online portals.

Maintain reservation records and room availability.

Communication:

Answer incoming calls and respond to guest queries.

Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management for guest requests.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Polite and professional behavior

Computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel booking software)

Time management and multitasking ability
