Job Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client queries, coordinating with sales & production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services. The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, follow-ups, documentation, and smooth communication between the company and clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Management
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Take regular feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team for order updates and client requirements.
Maintain customer database and update client information.
Support sales executives with quotations, proposals, and order documentation.
3. Order & Delivery Follow-Up
Follow up with the production/dispatch department for delivery schedules.
Track order status and update customers with timelines.
Ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation (invoice, challan, etc.).
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain CRM software or Excel sheets for customer records.
Maintain documentation for complaints, feedback, and service reports.
5. Coordination With Internal Teams
Work closely with production, logistics, accounts, and sales departments.
Ensure smooth communication between departments for customer requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English).
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software or MS Excel.
Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
Problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge of industrial products (preferred).
Qualification
Graduate in Any Stream (B.Com / BBA preferred).
Experience: 1 3 years in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination.
