The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves planning and executing engineering projects, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, safety, and compliance with technical standards and company policies.
Design, analyze, and implement mechanical systems, machines, and components.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical failures or breakdowns.
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure that all mechanical work complies with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with electrical, civil, and production teams for integrated project execution.
Manage procurement of mechanical materials and spare parts.
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Assist in preparing project budgets, timelines, and technical reports.
Stay updated on emerging mechanical technologies and best practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, maintenance, or project engineering
