The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring accuracy of financial data, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role supports financial decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
Prepare tax returns and support audits
Monitor expenses and control costs
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions
Support management with financial reports and analysis
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accountant (experience level may vary)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
