**Job Title:** Office Executive / Internal Staff
***About the Role**
The Office Executive / Internal Staff will support daily operational, administrative, and coordination activities within Flipkart s office/warehouse environment. The role involves managing documentation, supporting internal teams, coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining office processes as per company standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Administrative & Documentation Work**
* Maintain and update reports, records, and documentation on a daily/weekly basis.
* Handle data entry, file management, and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and internal operations.
* Prepare MIS reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence.
**2. Coordination & Communication**
* Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, delivery hubs, HR, and customer support.
* Communicate with vendors, partners, and support teams for operational requirements.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking.
**3. Operational Support**
* Support day-to-day office operations; ensure smooth workflow in the backend process.
* Assist in tracking order flow, delivery issues, and operational exceptions.
* Monitor attendance, staff records, and internal compliance reports (as required).
**4. Office Management**
* Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
* Liaise with admin/IT teams for system issues, maintenance requests, and office utilities.
* Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office/working area.
**5. Data & System Handling**
* Work on internal systems such as Flipkart dashboards, ERP, inventory tools, and ticketing systems.
* Maintain accuracy of data entry and ensure timely updates.
* Generate operational and analytical reports when required.
**Skills & Qualifications**
**Required**
* Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
* 0 3 years of experience in administration, back-office, operation support, or e-commerce.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
* Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
