We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.
Understand hiring requirements from departments
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Handle offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive preferred
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment processes
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple positions
