Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle — from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. The role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified talent in line with company goals and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze job requirements in coordination with hiring managers.

  • Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.).

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including databases, networking, referrals, and campus drives.

  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases in HR systems.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

  • Support HR team in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong HR internships may also apply).

  • Skills:

    • Good knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

    • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
