Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Field Officer (SO Position) to carry out field operations, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of assigned activities. The role involves regular field visits, data collection, reporting, and support to the operations or sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits as per assigned area

• Implement and monitor field activities and operations

• Collect data, verify information, and prepare field reports

• Coordinate with clients, workers, or vendors on-site

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Identify issues in the field and report to supervisors

• Support sales, operations, or service activities as required

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or diploma (preferred)

• Experience in field operations, sales, or supervision is an advantage

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas

• Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation

• Valid driving license (if required)
