We are seeking a customer-focused Relationship Officer (IO Position) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. The role involves client coordination, account support, follow-ups, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Handle client inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups
Support onboarding of new clients and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain accurate client records and reports
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Bachelor s degree or diploma (preferred)
Experience in relationship management, customer service, or sales is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
Willingness to work in office and field as required
