Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial insights to support business decision-making. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance in line with applicable laws and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management

Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards

Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Audit & Compliance

Conduct internal and statutory audits

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other regulations

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Taxation

Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS)

Prepare and file tax returns and statutory filings

Tax planning and advisory to optimize tax liabilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

Prepare MIS and management reports

Identify financial risks and recommend controls
Advisory & Support

Provide financial, accounting, and compliance advisory

Support management in strategic and operational decisions

Improve internal controls and financial processes
Requirements and Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)

Relevant post-qualification experience preferred (freshers may apply if specified)

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / AS)

Hands-on experience with taxation and statutory compliance
