Customer Service:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
Answer customer queries politely and provide product information.
Stock Management:
Receive, unpack, and organize stock in storage or on shelves.
Check product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation (FIFO).
Refill shelves and maintain product displays.
Billing and Cash Handling:
Operate cash registers, scan items, and process payments.
Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges when required.
Store Maintenance:
Keep aisles clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Maintain cleanliness in assigned sections and restock as needed.
Inventory Support:
Assist in stock counting and reporting shortages.
