**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform **MIG/TIG/ARC welding** on metal components according to specifications.
* Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders**.
* Set up welding machines and select proper welding techniques and materials.
* Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and products.
* Inspect welded joints for structural integrity and quality compliance.
* Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in welding preferred.
* Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Proficiency in MIG/TIG/Stick welding processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
* Knowledge of safety standards and practices.

* Assist welders by preparing materials, components, and tools.
* Move raw materials and finished products within the workspace.
