 **Key Responsibilities**

* Perform **MIG/TIG/ARC welding** on metal components according to specifications.
* Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders**.
* Set up welding machines and select proper welding techniques and materials.
* Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and products.
* Inspect welded joints for structural integrity and quality compliance.
* Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
* Follow all **safety procedures**, including PPE usage and equipment maintenance.

**Qualifications & Skills**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in welding preferred.
