Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables

• Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly

• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests

• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress or server is an advantage but not required
