Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a target-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

  • Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and offers.

  • Update CRM or call logs regularly.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-up actions.

  • Share daily/weekly reports with the team leader or manager.


Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor s degree preferred.

  • Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (freshers can also apply).

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

  • Fluency in English and/or local languages.
