The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a target-driven approach.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and offers.
Update CRM or call logs regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-up actions.
Share daily/weekly reports with the team leader or manager.
High school diploma or bachelor s degree preferred.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Fluency in English and/or local languages.
Interview, Any, 1 - 2 year experince, 12th pass.
