 **Job Title: Telecalling Executive Banking Sector**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our banking team. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to provide information, resolve queries, promote banking products, and ensure excellent customer service.

 **Key Responsibilities**

* Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding banking products and services.
* Assist customers with account information, loan details, credit card queries, and general banking support.
* Promote and explain various banking products such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, etc.
* Follow up with potential leads and convert them into customers.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
* Handle customer complaints politely and provide appropriate solutions.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
* Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security, and company policies.
* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.

 **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
* Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (banking experience is a plus).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle customer objections and build trust.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
* Good problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
