Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The technician will work on residential and/or commercial sites to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality solar system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and related equipment

• Perform electrical wiring and connections according to safety standards

• Inspect installation sites and assess system requirements

• Test solar systems to ensure proper functionality and performance

• Diagnose and repair system faults or malfunctions

• Follow electrical codes, safety guidelines, and company procedures

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition

• Prepare basic installation and service reports

• Coordinate with supervisors, electricians, and other team members

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical training preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools

• Experience in solar installation or electrical work is an advantage

• Ability to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physically fit and able to lift equipment

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Preferred Skills:

• Solar PV certification or electrical certification

• Experience with residential or commercial solar systems

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Work Conditions:

• Field-based work
